RECIPE - Dandelion Bread

(Makes 1 loaf)

Ingredients:
2 cups flour 
2 teaspoons baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
3/4-1 cup dandelion petals 
1/4 cup vegetable oil 
1/3 cup plus 1 TBS. honey 
1 eggs 
1 and 1/3 cups milk

Directions
In a small bowl mix petals and dry ingredients.

In another bowl,mix wet ingredients.

Mix both bowls into one.

Pour into greased and floured bread pan.
Bake at 400 F. for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 20 minutes.

Serve with honey, butter or with a thin icing glaze.
